Early Years – Logging & Lumber

Foster began his career in 2007 in the logging industry, mastering the fundamentals of operations, supply chains, and resource-based work. By 2009, he founded Coulson Engineered Cedar, an engineering-driven lumber plant that integrated advanced automation and RF laminating into milling processes — modernizing production and setting new efficiency benchmarks. The company became the gold standard for engineered siding, distributed across North America through major retailers including Home Depot and Lowe’s, before being acquired in 2016.

Innovation in Industrial Cleaning – The Ice Revolution

In 2016, Foster founded an engineering company and invented a proprietary ice-blasting technology for industrial cleaning. Unlike sand, dry ice, or chemical-based methods, his innovation used regular ice particles to strip, sterilize, and restore surfaces without environmental harm or secondary waste. He scaled the business internationally, delivering high-performance cleaning solutions to industries ranging from automotive (Ford, GM) to nuclear power plants and major tire manufacturers.

Aviation Ventures in Parallel

In 2015, Foster also expanded into his family’s private aviation business, identifying opportunities in global aerial firefighting. He helped grow operations into Australia and South America, securing Coulson Aviation’s first $100M+ contract in 2019 with the New South Wales Rural Fire Service — making it the largest aerial firefighting operator in Australia while also expanding the fleet’s services into Chile, Argentina, and Bolivia under multi-year agreements

Note: In 2024, the company continued its growth in Australia when it signed an additional $400M contract with the NSW Government.

Health, Wellness & the Future of Preventative Care

In 2022, after decades of building companies in high-stakes industries, Foster stepped back from his family’s business to launch his own ventures in the health and wellness sector. With zero outside capital, he built two nine-figure brands and two eight-figure brands from scratch simultaneously by combining advanced science, personalized care, and innovative consumer products and marketing approaches. His work now focuses on transformative preventative health technologies, health payment solutions, including AI-driven health optimization and groundbreaking supplement delivery systems.
